CHILDREN'S DIVISION
Mission Statement:
Consistently provide the highest quality,
developmentally appropriate, comprehensive services for children and their
families. Working as partners, families and staff will plan and implement
quality programs. Staff supports families by providing resources to
encourage and foster on-going involvement in family growth and development.
Programs:
Head
Start
is a
federally funded pre-K program for children ages 3 to 5.
Comprehensive services are offered to children and families including education,
health, nutrition, special services, and family services.

Discovery Day Care of Phoenix
is a New York
State licensed facility
funded, in part, by United Way. Discovery Day Care offers child care
services for children ages 18 months to 12 years.

OCO Universal Pre-Kindergarten
program
is a half-day
program for 4-year-old children that is funded through a contract
with the
Fulton City
School District.
